ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Construction Labourers to join our growing Civil Construction Division. These are long-term opportunities on major infrastructure projects across Sydney, Western Sydney, and South West Sydney.

This role suits motivated, reliable workers looking for consistent work, strong team culture, and opportunities to grow within the civil industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spreading, levelling, and compacting materials

• Concrete works and formwork assistance

• Jackhammering and demolition tasks

• Installing road barriers, signage, and traffic control equipment

• Setting up and reading lasers and levels

• Dewatering and spotting machinery

• General civil labouring across large infrastructure projects

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced civil labourer with a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of site safety. You take pride in your work, show up reliably, and work well in a team environment.

To be successful, you will have:

• White Card (OHS Construction Card)

• Minimum 5 years civil construction experience (bulk earthworks essential)

• Strong safety awareness and site experience

• Driver's licence and reliable transport

• Ability to pass random drug & alcohol testing

• VOC & SOA for Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Dump Truck (highly regarded)
